Blue Mood

Emanuel Ungaro
Spring Summer 2009

I really enjoyed a lot of pieces that Cortazar showed for Ungaro spring/summer. This is what summer is about to me, tropical prints, vibrant colors, and overall fabulousity!

  1. I absolutely love love these blues! It's what summer is about to me, too. Those colours look great on all skin types - from the palest, to deepest tan, to black skin. It's making me homesick for a recent sailing trip in the Virgin Islands - you've assembled every shade of Carribean water, from the shallow warm turquoise to the deepest navy blue. And the fabric and clothes look so flattering & comfortable.

  8. I love this because this is one of those colors that I would question if it was at, say, Wet Seal or F21, but here, it's classy Miami. I feel like I could be some saucy little number in one of these. Oh man and that straw fedora...
