flashes of brilliance

flashes of brilliance
I didn't anticipate this outfit post! Promise. Playing around with the stuff in my closet, I sometimes save myself from (re)buying what I already have. This dress was becoming too cumbersome to wear, that it occurred to cut the top off.

  4. Very nice, -h. You look great in soft gray!

I do stuff like this a lot- reinvent pieces. Sometimes I screw them up, but...I figure it's usually worth a try, if it's something I'd no longer wear as is.

Does the skirt have an elastic waist? I love it long like that, but could you also pull it up to make a strapless shorter dress? Just curious.

  6. This really hits the spot for someone with a major grey fetish like me. Now I feel like I need to rustle a grey skirt or grey trousers or grey SOMETHING.
